Q: How long will my order take?
A: Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. If you need something urgently, reach out - we’ll do our best to help! ✨
Q: Can I order in bulk or for an event?

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All Tiny Triumph goodies are made and shipped with love from the United Kingdom 🌍
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide except for the EU, sorry European pals. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location - full details appear at checkout.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if you chose tracked shipping at checkout) once your parcel is on its way. Keep an eye out for some happy mail! 💌

Q: What materials do you use?
A: Our charms and pins are made using durable enamel-style coatings, glossy finishes, and high-quality metal hardware — designed to stay cute and shiny for the long haul ✨
Q: How should I care for my charm or pin?
A: Keep them dry, avoid harsh chemicals, and store them somewhere soft when not in use. Basically - treat them like tiny treasures! 💖
🌟 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because each piece is custom-made, we can’t accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or there’s an error with your order. But don’t worry - if something’s wrong, we’ll fix it fast and fairly 💕
Q: My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
A: Oh no! Please email us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll get a replacement sorted right away.
